Agency is a London psychotherapy and counselling practice offering integrative and trauma informed therapy. We work with adults seeking support for emotional distress, relational difficulties and the impact of trauma. Our therapists draw on a range of evidence based approaches, including psychotherapy, EMDR and somatic therapies, allowing the work to be shaped around each individual rather than a fixed model.
